As of now, university members, i.e. all students and staff, can send messages via the UDE webmail interface again: Both from the campus network and from outside – but with restrictions.
An emergency mail server is available at webmail.uni-due.de. You can email there, but it is not possible to set up forwarding, absence notifications and filters.
– UDE students and staff who have reset the password of their university ID will find all emails received since 16 December 2022 there.
– Those who have not yet gone through the password reset can only access messages received between 16 and 22 December 2022.
The emergency server is to be replaced by the newly set-up legacy system shortly.
